Q. I want to order one of your unique Jewelry boxes, but can't afford the full price right now. Do I have any options ?
A. I am willing to accept payments. Email me and we will see what we can do to help.
Q. If I get the Jewelry box and don't like it, how would I get a refund ?
A. My 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. Contact me when you get it, then return it and receive a full refund.
Q. I am the CEO of a large firm and we are considering a multiple Jewelry box purchase. Would I get a discount ?
A. Each case would be different, but yes, for volume customers we will negotiate terms.
Q. How would I know that the Jewelry box I receive was made by you ?

Q. You advertise free Jewelry box shipping, but I live in Germany. Is there a surcharge for overseas ?

A. My Jewelry Boxes are basically priced upon time spent + cost. You can either design the new Jewelry Box yourself
or give me enough info to create one just for you. Before starting, you would get a no obligation quote !
Q. How long does it take from the time I order a Jewelry box until I receive it.
A. If available, your Jewelry Box would be shipped as soon as your funds are received. If it needs to be built from
scratch including ordering wood unavailable, you should expect about 4 weeks, constantly updated by email !
PLEASE REMEMBER, demand for Christmas, Valentine Day, etc. require earlier ordering.
Q. If the Specific Original Jewelry Box I like is sold, can I get one like it ?
A. Definitely, however be aware that each Jewelry Box is unique and handmade, so no two will be totally alike.
